Very nice experience. Came in for a window unit because our central ac isn’t working and our pup is sick from it. General manager (Roy I think his name was?) helped us promptly. The ease of making a purchase online and receiving an email informing me that it’s ready takes away the hassle of in store shopping. No staff member could successfully complete my order so they had to cancel it. No other option, I couldn’t receive my order that’s already been paid for. Incredibly inconvenient. Get refunded my total of $1.3k and pay it again to be able to receive my order. Ridiculous. Still I am without my order because it isn’t ready yet. Working on 5 hours and hoping my refund goes through. My order date was December 13th, said it was ready today for pick up. I gave this business establishment a 4 star rating because at the time of my visit they didn’t have on the shelves or warehouse what I was attempting to purchase… their website stipulated the product I was seeking was available. The some of the workers are knowledgeable about the items they sell others not so much. Overall pretty good. Customer service is great. They didn’t have what we needed in stock the first time and were told we couldn’t even order it, even though we could order online so that was confusing.
Bought an open box TV for more than a brand new model. Exchanged it with no problem and received a small refund. The original associate should have informed me of the sale price on the exact same new TV model. The customer service rep was extremely helpful with my exchange.
Prices are good, service was iffy. It’s feast or famine, because when I go in I either get no staff help at all or I’m overwhelmed by sales pressure for things that I don’t need. Still, it’s kinda nice to be able to buy things at a brick-and-mortar store for the same prices I might find on Amazon.
Went here recently looking for earbuds and ran into Anthony. He was very helpful and approached me to initiate assistance. He went above and beyond, even as far as to help me google what may fit my specific needs the best! His ability to help me look for the best for me and not put off what is favorite was great. He has a kind and genuine personality as well. Thank you Anthony for the assistance, I felt it needed recognition. Well done it was a great experience.
