  Ghetto, there’s nothing more to say. Tons of trash in the parking lot. The store always looks like a tornado hit. It’s so bad now, they have security locks on laundry detergent… LAUNDRY DETERGENT. If you’re shoplifting problem is that big of a deal, think of hiring more security.

  This Walmart has the absolute worst customer service when it comes to their Grocery Delivery. There’s absolutely no communication on what’s going on with your order. Good luck getting a hold of them either, you’ll have a fun time waiting 2 hours minimum on the line for all of their departments and only having Pharmacy answer. And when Pharmacy finally does answer the guy you’re talking to can only transfer you back into your 2 hour wait. And no one answers anytime during or after that 2 hours, it’s a blast being hung up on once it actually is answered.

  My experience under a different management years ago was totally a different experience to now. Shelves not stacked. Registers with human contact seem to be a thing of the past more and more. Couldn’t find an associate, and other staff looked, to give me a price reduction that did not ring up at the register. The difference of 7 dollars. Nowadays with gas prices increasing again I could of used my discount. The staff who assisted me were very helpful and kind.

  I honestly love this location. They are usually really well stocked throughout the store and they have multiple self checkout lanes open at any given time which makes check out a breeze. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is my go-to Walmart.

  I just wanna start off by saying the wait for online pick up in 495 Flatbush ave, Hartford ct 06106 . Is honestly disappointing……
  online pick up is suppose to be a convenient fast service when you proceed to check in and park. estimated good wait time should be approximately 5 minutes the latest . It’s very concerning and disappointing when you have to wait more than 20 minutes to an hour for your order to be brought outside… And to top it off to bring my order without being in bags the service here really sucks badly and the workers speak to you very poorly with a rude tone especially coming from a team lead that’s suppose to speak with us with a friendly manner even if we have a feeling of frustration for waiting so long it’s very unacceptable especially for those who have Walmart + and have to wait for there order or Walmart refusing to give us bags and lie and say they ran out because they don’t wanna bring out bags . I hope this comes to an end and an online pick up coach can teach there team to do there job properly and respectfully for those that are coming to the store purchasing things it made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like I don’t want to order from there again ! ):

  I have never given Walmart a five-star rating. I went during the Black Friday deal they were bombarded. Customers are just absolutely rude as everybody is understaffed. But I was looking for something in the gentleman behind the counter came out took the time to walk me around the store and find what I was looking for. Service was great. And the price for what I bought even though it was a holiday deal was about $80 less than anywhere else so that was a good trip.

  Over all experience was much better. It is now pretty similar to East Windsor Supercenter. I am glad that it very convenient and near Buckland Mall. The only reason i gave 4 star is that they need to expand and make their parking a little bit more better honestly. Also make the store space less congested.

  Customer service girl Nichole is very rude. She needs an attitude check real quick. I hate having to go to customer service because she doesn’t know how to treat customers 😯😒 plus the fruit is always molded and expired. There was even an apple that was bitten and just put back. The fresh fruit doesn’t look fresh at all 🤦🏻‍♀

  Do NOT buy produce at this store!
  I usually buy my produce elsewhere, but the last time I was at this WalMart, I decided to grab some cranberries, green apples, and potatoes.
  Literally half the potatoes- rotten. And this is potato season.
  Green apples- rotten (brown & mushy) on the inside. And this is apple season.
  The final nail in the coffin was the cranberries – was going to make cranberry sauce, opened the bag, and they were all moldy. Every last berry.
  Won’t buy fresh produce from them, ever again.
  And, I really think someone should be in there inspecting their food. Rotten produce is no bargain.

  Their electric scooters are always dead and it’s hard to get around the store without one when you have the worst torn meniscus possible.. They need to fix them or get new ones for the handicap people.. They also only have 2 cashier’s working and the lines for those cashiers are 20 minute wait times and all the self check outs available with 25 minute wait times because there are people needing help checking all their things out they need more cashier’s so things can run and go smoothly.. Also their produce section needs some fresh produce and not old produce with mold..

  Delivery is a joke! No one at the store answers the phone. Customer support can’t even get through. My order was set for 8-9pm. At 10pm support told me it was on the way. At 11pm support told me new delivery for 6-9 am. 9:30 am customer support says they still can’t get through to the store so they have to cancel the order. Now, my money is on hold pending refund. But I can put through a new order on the website…. With what money my money is on hold?!?!? Never again!

  My wife works maintenance at this walmart they try their hardest to keep it clean even though most people do not clean up after themselves. It is sometimes very hard to get someone to actually give you answers over the phone that is my only complaint.. But most people that work there are Young but courteous and we’ll do what they can to answer your questions..

  It’s obviously a great big box store. But why are there so very many cash registers when they only man a 3rd of them. Self checkout has become popular, but what about those who actually need to stand in long lines because they need physical help? There should be a handicap line that is open at all times .

  I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at this Walmart location. The sales associates are helpful and pleasant to me and the store is clean. I like browsing the following sections: books, holiday items, beauty, accessories and household items. I usually secure a good parking space as well.

  Very horrible experience I just went in there for $1 money orders because when my bills are due they don’t take the change and I use the $1 money orders to pay the amounts that are left some are 60 cents or 86 cents really doesn’t go over a dollar due to the fact that it is CHANGE! Staff was giving me a very hard hard time especially this man who claims he was the manager I was confused and tried to be understanding because that is his job. But very unprofessional people and need to be dealt with. I always get $1 money orders and this was the worst experience ever.

  The only good thing about this store is the curbside pickup and the employees who do the curbside pickup, specifically the handful of guys who do the grocery orders. They are always so kind and do their job well. I avoid going inside as much as possible because in MY experience everyone else is miserable. 5 stars for those employees 3 stars for the store lol.

  Walmart is ok. The clothes are horrific most of the time, so they are good for leggings and work out t-shirts. The rest is ok.
  A bit concerned with the catalytic converters being stolen in broad daylight in their parking lot and their lack of concern for the safety of the vehicles of their customers.

  Love shopping at Walmart, it’s very spacious and clean.. Prices are great. I appreciated that they offer online orders that can be scheduled for pick up the following day. There is also a subway food court, you can get a quick bite then head on shopping/home…
