  1. Self check out experience has been a nightmare for autistics/nerodivergents since they changed the self check out area. They changed the lights causing them to be so bright they now cause headaches everytime I try to check out. Will need to change pharmacies because of this as well. They also increased the beep volume as well when scanning objects and there seems to be no way to check out like a normal person without this sensory overload. The designers did us dirty. In many other parts of the store as well but that is the absolute worst

  2. I had the most amazing cashier tonight. I went to Target with my son who was having a meltdown and not so pleasant to deal with. The cashier was so nice and kept trying to engage with my son to make him happy. She didn’t judge us or get upset. I then called her ma’am which to any young lady is horrific lol.
    Just know I appreciate you and I’m sorry.

  3. I love Target parking lot pick up! It keeps me focused to buy only what I need, when I need it. When my body is not willing to walk a store, I am still able to get everything in a timely manner.

  4. I have really mixed emotions about this target location. Drive up says ready in 2 hours but normally takes 3-6. I wouldn’t recommend placing an order here if you are in any dire need of the items same day. Depending on the day they have certain items for in store purchase only, and other days you can select for drive up, which is inconsistent and annoying. When you arrive at the drive up location I have waited 15 min or more sometimes. Not sure if it’s lack of staffing or what.
    The store remodel looks really nice, however it now appears to be dragging along and causing issues. Certain areas of the store are not usable (refrigerator areas) and some are just overly cluttered. The map of the Green store has not updated fully and creates more confusion for no reason. Most of the items I used to purchase are hardly ever in stock (ciabatta, ranch, etc) and I end up having to go to the Falls or Canton instead.
    Super inconsistent and annoying all around. Maybe once the remodel is complete it will be more customer oriented.

  5. This Target store was very clean, well stocked, and has friendly, extremely helpful employees! One employee sought us out to offer his help AFTER he was clocked out ~ that is one dedicated man! (We had walked back in the front of the store, and he saw that we were looking around trying to locate someone ~ we found a man’s wallet outside in the parking lot…we located the man and reunited him with his wallet).
