3 months agoWent to get my 23 BMW washed on 4/20… noticed almost a week later that my passenger side and rear passenger mats were missing. Called and spoke to someone that said they’d call back with info and did not hear from them. I would assume there was a lost/found and would be an easy fix. I’m extremely upset that I’m about to have to spend $150 on new mats for my brand new truck.a year agoThey not only were pleasant employees but they listened to my tedious demands. Difficult as I was, it was 8am and they were a very motivated staff who wanted to help. Appreciate this place, they will have more of my business 🙏🏽3 months agoMy Mercedes emblem broke going to them. I spoke to the manager Ryan and he said they only cover cars that are up to seven years old and my car is a 2010, it was older than seven years. Although that’s the policy Ryan told me he can help me out and he gave me a free detailing on the house for the mess up. He truly took the extra mile on helping me out and I’ve never witnessed that kind of care at a business before! He really looked out and took the extra step to help out the situation! a week agoFor 20 dollars it’s pretty good, but I usually got similar service for 10 in other areas. The thing that bumps it to 20 is the ceramic sealant, but after the wash I did not notice that. Also did not notice any rainx being used. Bugs were still stuck to my windows and the body that I had to scrub off myself after. I do like the free vacuum for my use though.a week agoLove this car wash they have a club member program that’s awesome!! All the employees are very nice 😊a year agoPay for Gold Wash however; my underbody I still had debris near tires. I brought it to the attention to one of the guys who is a towel dryer, he responded by saying, “I don’t wash the cars!” Wrong response when you’re in the business of serving. Even though he was drying the vehicles he did a poor job, which irritated me that I had tipped him and the other man who was lazier and barely dry the passenger side of my truck. I told the manager Dev I wasn’t satisfied with my car wash… after waiting in line a hour.. the manager told me there was nothing wrong.. after I pointed out my windows was all streaked up… car not vacuumed… dash still dusty… I watch how the workers work… some really do a good job.. others half do the job … the manager made me wait in line for rewashing… I wasted 2 hours of my time…I left very unsatisfied and upset
What a great service. Bellamy and another employee did an excellent job in cleaning my car Yesterday. I asked Bellamy to spray my front seat and he did an awesome job in taking the dust off.
