a month agoFresh stock, best deals, friendly customer service and the cheaper gas prices are the highlights. They’ve recently added tire service which was just one thing I was waiting for. One place to find everything. They carry all types of rice (compared with other Costcos), Rotis, Tortillas.a week agoGenerally great place to shop but produce has been getting gradually worse. They should check their supply chain and storage methods. Of course you can return them, but spoiled produce became too common for returns to be a solution. You usually cannot tell from outside the packaging either.in the last weekI recently purchased a gas hog but wonderful riding Ford Expedition. After paying over 100.00 to fill up my tank I decided I needed to get a Costco card. I am glad I did. Now it is costing me about 85.00 to fill it up. I am saving aprox 15.00 every 10 days. This job is expected to last 8 mo 45.00 per mo x 8 = 360. saved in gas. Do your math. The 60. card will save itself in gas alone. You may have to wait a few min to pump your gas if you go the last hour of the day. Wait on weekends too. Ck your prices (take pics if needed). Be smart when buying. Try to use a card that pays 1% back on purchases. Then pay it off fully.a month agoWorst experience I have ever had getting a tire replaced under warranty. I will never purchase tires here again and have decided not to renew my membership. We visited 2 Costco’s, 1 near where we were when we picked up a nail then at the one we purchased the tires from. The 1st place had the rudest people in the tire shop I have ever experienced. The Plano location was a lot better and the techs were a lot more cordial but still took 2 trips and waiting 6 hours total to get tires replaced and installed. God help you if you are a walk in without an appt. My wife had to drive for 4 days with nails in the tire. That’s no way to care for your customers who have a real need not to mention the danger you put her in driving around like that. Bottom line, hire more people if you can’t service those who bother to shop with you. A little empathy from your employees can go a long way. They won’t even answer the phone in the tire dept. Think real hard before buying tires from Costco. They are not equipped to handle the business.3 weeks agoIf you decide you’re interested in getting a Costco membership at this location, Lilo was an amazing help. She’s super sweet and will walk you through everything and answer any questions you have. She even told me about an online membership deal I would have never known about unless she mentioned it!

4 months ago04/27/23: I stopped by Costco while waiting for my niece was at volleyball practice. This location is typical of other Costco in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. It wasn’t too busy on at Thursday after work. No complaints. Well stocked location2 months agoGood service. Don’t like how you have to all around to go to restroom. They have good food items. It has become crowded on weekends through the years but that speaks to how popular they are. I have started to like some of their clothes as well. In particular their Kirkland brand white dress shirts were awesome.8 months agoCame here to pick up supplies for the family. It was pretty busy for a Monday afternoon. The parking lot was pretty full.Inside, there was traffic but everyone was walking along we so we don’t feel bunched in. There were some clearance sales marked .97 and weekly sales abound.
The tills were all open so line-ups were minimal. I do appreciate this as back home, the lines are long as the number of tills open is kept low.
After paying, we grabbed a whole pizza which is way better than the ones served by Costco Canada.
a month agoGood place to buy grocery in bulk. Must visit place to go with family and frnds . You can also fill gas at a cheap price. Plenty of space to park and fill air tires and gas. Great place for shopping goods. Will visit again

Very nice and clean Costco location in Dallas. A bit confusing to get to as it is in the intersection of IH-635 and HWY 75. The check out service is fast and friendly. There’s a huge variety of quality products for everyday needs. Highly recommend this place!
Found everything in stock that we needed going into the holidays. The only complaint I have is that one of staff who was giving out food samples assumed I was younger than my actual age and did not allow me to try a sample without adult supervision. It was quite laughable how she could’ve politely asked me instead of assuming and stating this rudely and loudly near other guests. Well, I guess the food sample wasn’t worth the trouble of arguing with her about my age when I clearly had a Costco card and cart full of items, but would appreciate it next time if staff could be considerate and courteous.
I loved how big/small it was!! Had everything as a normal Costco just condensed!!
Still easy to shop and had everyone I needed and more… always!!
Costco pharmacy was fantastic from the pharmacist to each of the techs. I had issues with my prescription and would have paid full price until it was eligible under my insurance. Steve the pharmacist said he’d contact insurance and explain which he did and quickly. I’ve dealt with the pharmacy for several years and everyone has always been very helpful and professional. It’s a comfort to know they have my back and are there to help.
Very crowded. A very diverse customer base. Good selection of frozen yogurts. Kim Chi cost more than in ABQ.
