  Drove an hour to the Barre Vt location. They did the initial x-rays and exam, it was decided to have a tooth extracted. They were able to fit me in for the procedure later on this same day. The Dr. And her hygenists and assistants were phenomenal. I will be scheduling follow ups and continuing care with the location closer to home.

  For over 6 months I have been trying to get Aspen Dental to bill my insurance company properly so I can be refunded by Metlife. I have called more than 10 times on this issue and have been on 3, 3way calls with their office and my insurance company and it is still not solved. I feel I have been treated rudely by the office staff when I have called. They make it out like it is my fault? They have dropped the ball. Funny when they wanted their money they got it! Well over 2k, but no interest in doing their job so I can get reimbursed. I Dr’s & Assistant’s were great at their job.

  Everybody here was great and very helpful until the billing. Then it became clear this was all for the money and not to help people. I understand a business needs money to survive, but this place pushes stuff that costs more even if your uncomfortable with it. They did not seem to care much about doing the work I wanted to do to feel better. Instead it was more of you need this, this, and this and you can’t have what you want until you do what we say. I ended up at a different dentist that met all my needs on the first visit and was happy to give them a couple thousand instead of several thousand Aspen wanted. Also saw an elderly woman walk in one day and didn’t know she had to confirm her appt. They turned her away and told her they could reschedule for months later. Poor woman didn’t know she had to confirm appt and they didn’t help her right away even though she wasn’t aware. She was very upset. Also the billing person I talked to acted like they were going out of there way for me. I had tooth pain and they pulled the tooth before doing thousands of dollars worth of stuff that obviously didn’t have to do before hand or they would of told me no. She was rather rude and made me feel like I owed them or something. Payment plan is not what I want and they basically refuse to work with you. So staff (beside billing) is fantastic, but this place is only out for your money not your health.

  Overall very nice, the staff were kind and understanding. My appointment was to see what I needed to get done. They covered all nessicary concerns and even others not related to this particular visit. Gave referrals and financing that’s affordable to me. Bless the woman who checked me out and answered all my questions (there was alot) cause I was completely uneducated on the financing. Very helpful,looking forward to going back. I would recommend aspen to anyone especially if you have a fear of going to the dentist first impressions are everything and they aced all my expectations.

  I called Aspen after a bad experience at a different dentist. The man on the phone was so kind and helped me schedule an appointment and encouraged me to go to the walk in clinic because of my pain. I went to the clinic and was able to get great advice from Sarah (I think that was her name). I scheduled an appointment for February and so happy to have finally found a female dentist after bad experiences with male dentists

  for many years, i was happy with the service that i received at Main Street Family Dentistry. however, recently they dropped us as clients without any notification of any kind. this includes my wife and 2 young children. this is completely unethical and unprofessional. After finding out from an outside source that they had dropped us, my wife called them and they said it was because of too many cancellations. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC! they were very clear we should not show up for appointments if you are showing any symptoms. and as a father of 2 young children, if any one of us was sick, i had to cancel. So they tell us to cancel if anyone is sick, but then when we do they drop us. I was a long time client and i can see now that they dont value their clients, and they will drop you as soon as it’s convenient for them.

  I returned to Main St Family Dentistry after moving back to Montpelier a few years ago, and am glad I have. Several of their dental hygienists have cleaned up my teeth, while educating me on how to improve my oral hygiene habits, and they’re always super friendly. I’ve seen Dr Burns exclusively since returning to their practice, and have no complaints. She’s really nice and thorough. Overall I’m happy with the care I’ve received at this practice.

  I started going to this dental practice In 2014 It was a very wonderful place at the time and gave great service. In the last three years the service has gotten significantly worse so I recently changed dentist to a practice in Colchester Vermont It has been a night and day difference.

  Best dentist you’ll ever go to. Their staff is amazing. They work together flawlessly and positively. I’ve been going to see Dr. Adler for almost 15 years for some extensive work and I have never had a bad experience. Adler and his team have bent over backwards for me they communicate very well and they are all artists of their craft.   One of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve ever had – I am so grateful to Dr. Adler and his team! They are incredibly professional, friendly, gentle, detail oriented, and clearly care for their patients. I am pregnant and had a very small window of when the dental work I needed was safe for my baby – and even though they were booked up, they were kind enough to squeeze me in and did a fantastic job with my dental work.   Dr. Adler is the best dentist I have ever gone to and his team is wonderful.
  We drive over an hour to get to there but it is completely worth it. Kind, explains everything, respectful of his co-workers (never saw that in a dentist before), relaxed and just plain good at everything he has done for us, Dr. Adler is a dentist our whole family is grateful for.
