As Always, because I am A Disabled Veteran, it pleases me that there were many Handicapped Parking Spaces Available.

Second, The Greeters at Our Store in Edgewood NM seem like They not only enjoy Greeting my Wife and I and Our Family, as we enter, but just seem to be genuinely Joyful Individuals.

Third, The Store is Usually Very Clean and The Placement of Every Department is Ideal for, Either Quick Pick Up, or Lengthy Shopping if we so desire.

The Selection of Items is Immense, and The Prices are most times affordable.

Lastly, Most, if Not All of The Staff, are genuinely Cordial, Attentive, and Willing to Help.

It’s good to have This Walmart in Our Town.

It had what I was looking for . Your store has more thing then the one on Coors & I -40. Very clean. Line long but move fast. Wanted to see how I could take pool but there was no one to help me .The bottom of the box was open or wet so couldn’t pick up or everything fall. So didn’t take it😔

Greeted by staff upon entering, was able to find the items I needed and more! Parking wasn’t at all bad either. The largest experience to stand out to me though, was “No matter where I was standing in the store, I could see a Wal Mart employee within 12ft. of me! “. That was great because I had many questions on the products I was purchasing.

They have shopping carts all over the parking lot. one of them hit my car and the damage exceeds 700 dollars. I know that they do not control the weather and it is the customers who leave the cars out of place but it is also their job to provide a safe space to be able to make our purchases in peace and surprise you that a trip to the store costs you almost 1000 Dollars.

Produce is extremely amazing on helping us with providing fruits for our store. However the other associates are really lazy and off task. They have one poor old lady having the only line open. The line is in to the clothes aisle. The people behind me are blocking the way for customers to pass. I spoke to an associate and she said she couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t even try to look at the situation. Very lousy and unprofessional. I see workers just walking around it’s ridiculous.

This store is very clean and always well stocked. The pick-up Dept is always on point, never forgetting anything in my order. The grocery pick-up staff is super friendly, kind and very professional. The reason for three stars is the security. They are rude and treat everyone like a criminal, then boast among themselves about what happened. I have never had an issue with security but have seen them degrade customers and become very rude with them. It is very sad because rest of the staff are amazing. Please fix the rude attitude of security and you will have a 5 star store.

This Walmart is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. Everything is locked up, you have to try and find help then wait for them and they stay right there and if you decide to buy, they take to the front, so when you check out, try to remember you have something else. And they have horrible customer service. Most of the employees are clueless about what there job is much less how to do it. They treat each person as if they are going to steel something and have someone on each isle watching. Not that it bothers me because I wouldn’t steel, but it is quite annoying feeling someone watching you from the time you enter untill you walk out the door. Which if you look at it, from another point of view. They will be protecting us as well, right? And there selection for anything is terrible. Honestly the worst.

They keep everything locked up. I understand loss prevention but might be a good idea to have someone with a key close to the department. I asked for help 3 times and no one would help me. I won’t be back. Very poor service

Went to the Automotive Department to see if I could possibly return a battery. I never used the battery and had purchased it for my grandmother’s Ride-a-Lawn mower so I wanted to inquire about a possible refund or store credit. I didn’t even say more than 5 words to the manager before I was cut off and told that they don’t do returns on batteries, only if I purchased the warranty or just bought it Ike a day ago. I proceed to tell him that customer service told me to come speak with him, the auto department manager, to get the battery tested before they could issue me a refund. I guess I touched a sensitive subject for the gentleman because not only was I told that I was wrong and that customer service wouldn’t say that, but that I could have a great day and as me and my puppy were leaving in a very confused/angry mood. I was being watched as I left the store. I get people steal and are up to no good but the way I was treated for trying to maybe get some store credit was truly mystifying.

Wal Mart just stresses me out everytime because it’s always so crowded with rude customers, unknowledgeable employees and really annoying security personnel. I mean like really ignorant, untrained personnel. One was following me around, I am a middle aged woman just buying cat litter, and I personally saw two different individuals shoving items into their jackets or pants and the loss prevention person was oblivious. It’s a sad sad thing that a senior citizen is more on top of what’s going on inside the store than the stores own liss prevention. Pathetic. And everything is way overpriced. The cashier was rude, I tried to say ” how you doing today” to make small talk but she just glared at me. It’s a stupid place to spend money. You’d be better off just tossing your cash out the car window on the freeway

Quite nice, lot of self service registers. If you are like me who isn’t too comfortable with that, Walmart employees were there to help. Guy at the Roast chicken section was nice and helpful. So was the lady who helped me at the ladies section fruit of the looms. Nice selection

It’s a zoo, no karts, trash everywhere, rude employees. Employees must’ve learned from management, because they were rude too.😬

This Walmart has always been a positive shopping experience. It’s clean and organized, and everything is always in stocks. The lines are not outrageous and the staff I’ve encountered were pretty friendly. Especially our cashier. He was a younger individual who was very friendly and brought a great positive vibe.

This place busy it’s clean we’ll stocked. It doesn’t everything under lock and key the that are, a easily accessible through the employee for that section. It’s nice. Most people use the self service. They have a couple lines open for people who have a lot of purchases. They are quick and personable with each customer as their not long waiting time is at each present time. Never felt rush by employees it other customers. It nice.

This is my favorite super Walmart. I literally won’t go to another one. The store is clean, tons of deals, staff is friendly and they have a good amount of security. Security is one of my favorites b/c I feel a bit safer there, especially b/c I have PTSD. I have never had an issue with anything here. Great job staff!
Update: store is clean, organized and staff is still awesome. Well except the older white lady with white hair at the door who checks receipts. She has made it her mission to harass my family when we go in there repeatedly. Other than her discrimination I love this store

This Walmart supercenter located in Albuquerque New Mexico off of eubank at I-40 is a good location it’s a good store they always have most everything you would want. They also have a very large clearance section which I enjoy frequenting. Friendly service fairly priced I recommend this location. There is one drawback they’re very busy almost all day parking is difficult as you can understand the parking lot is full however there is more parking located farther from the store which can easily be utilized they have security so not to worry they’re constantly combing the parking lot for undesirables bothering your possessions. If you don’t mind the walk to the store you can park farther from the front. I recommend this store.

Other Wal Marts let you check your backpack at customer service. I went in with a bag and they wouldn’t allow it the store, nor would they let me check my bag at customer service. I’m on a motorcycle, I have a helmet and riding gear. The backpack is legit. So as I’m leaving I see another customer walk out of the store wearing a backpack. If it’s store policy that’s fine but selectively allowing some customers in and not others is not cool.

I didn’t want to get a second job as a self checkouter but they make you do it if you want to shop here. At least they give you some holidays off. You don’t get an employee discount though and they sure didn’t lower their prices once they acquired all of their new unpaid employees. At least they don’t make you unload the trucks or stock the product. I definitely prefer to be paid for working though.

This is a typical Walmart. Has every single item you can want or need. The store is always busy and still seems quick for the shopper. I like the “one stop shop” aspects of a Walmart. Produce is good too. I do t have reservations about getting f fresh items here if I need them. You can even get a key made or have an oil change while you shop. Very convenient. If you read this please click “like”… it helps my feelings. Thanks 😊

The lube center has amazing people. My car broke down while in the bay (to no fault of their people). They did everything to help me try and figure it out. They could tell I had a rough weekend and really helped me in any way they could. I cannot express how much I appreciated their customer service. Amazing folks

Do the managers hire rude cashiers on purpose?!? The only thing that gained a star was the fact that the lady the first cashier pawned me off to was very friendly and helpful. Why can’t they put the nice people on the cash register?! If they could do that then maybe Walmart would be somewhere people would be happy to go shopping when they are there. I know I would be. I really am mad at this Walmart now! I’m not even going to be going back for a while, if ever again in the future! DO NOT SHOP HERE if you feel like you need respect as a paying customer.

Very clean and easily accessible for wheelchair. Only thing was the item was not marked and we had to ask for assistance with item at the self-checkout. Employee was very helpful!
