Huge parking and great atmosphere.2 months agoRidiculously understaffed. Self check outs had a big long queue of people needing help but the one poor girl was struggling big time. Overcharged on a sale item and apparently no one on the floor to check it so I had to show them catalogue and then store wanted me to get a photo of price tag codes to amend scanned price because no staff to do it. Are you joking! Terrible service. Fruit and veges looked dead as well. Give a miss.

6 months agoVery busy store during the week as you get all the office staff within the Brisbane CBD area. If you want to avoid the rush not a good time to visit between 12 to 2 however in saying that staff have this store running extremely well and definitely customer focused. During the busy rush the will often have two staff operating/assisting the self help making it flow that much faster.Store is generally cleaned and well stocked including fresh flowers, sushi made fresh on premises and hot food such as chicken tenders, hot chips, chicken wings.
Store is located in close vicinity of the cbd, just down the road of the Queen Street mall.
a month agoConvenient supermarket right in the city. Always very busy but has a large self service checkout area so the lines move very quickly. At lunchtime you can grab sushi or hot chicken and chips for a reasonable price.in the last weekMy favourite supermarket in the city however today I had a bad experience at the deli with an older Caucasian lady who served me! She was so very rude! she either hates her life or her work!a month agoAs is not too far from the airport and next to the dfo, customers are in rash. Most of the clients are working in the dfo. It’s so useful and amazing to be able to go to the shop during your 30-minute break.👍 I gave 4 stars because there isn’t a deli inside like in others that makes fresh meals or sushi … 🫠a month agoWatched a guy place over 100 dollars worth of meat in his bag, told the security guard just after he left like he was 1 meter out and heard me , she looked at me like she did not speak English, i the restated what I said but she was foreign and did not know understand, I then told one of ya staff members, he just laughed at me…. Your locked gates will do nothing .. we have to pay extra for these ducks stealing and u staff don’t care

“So much stuff” Great selection of food. you’ve going be surprised. This place is heaven for me. I could literally be here. I just want it all day. They’ve got so much stuff even if you don’t end up buying anything. It’s worth just going in there because it’s like a museum in a sense.

I must say I am biast because I’m from New Zealand and my preferred shopping is at pac n save or new world. Having said that this store has everything you need. There were some great specials to be had and we were from a cruise ship that visited and I still managed to buy a few things. I love to shop in supermarkets around the world to pick up things we don’t get at home.
Location is perfect right in the city but because of the location, can get quite cramped especially when trying to park. Also would be more beneficial if the shop opened up at 6 rather then 7 but I guess with nightowl, there isn’t really a need for that
Good location, great selection. Maybe some improvements to be made in customer service though. The lady monitoring the self checkout area shouldered my partner out of the way when we weighed our apples saying we selected the wrong option. She then handled them to ‘prove’ this, realised she was wrong, and walked off without an apology.
