What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The available product at this Dan Murphy’s is impressive but the service is pretty terrible. I ordered online for click and collect, dropped into the store and asked a member of staff where to go for click and collect. He pretty much grunted to me it was next door, couldn’t understand the grunting so asked again, he barely looked up from his register. I went next door, and it’s clearly marked click and collect I just didn’t see it. The service from the staff there again was just lacklustre. No greeting no nothing. Just mumbles. If people are going to work in customer services they should at least enjoy working with people and if a customer is being nice try and make the effort to be nice and polite back

  2. Wednesday 9th August 6pm.
I’m not only a Dan Murphy’s business customer I’m also a regular at this store. The young man who helped me find a FULL CARTON of champagne from out the back of the store was very professional and very helpful but…. then I arrived at the counter to pay where another young man was so impatient with me and unhelpful that I’ll go out of my way now to never visit this store again. He even started apologising to the man next in line (for the delay) when I simply asked him if he could help me with my DM’s app as the barcode for my membership card wasn’t showing. Rather than help me he suggested I step aside so he could serve the next customer (with 2 bags of potato chips). Rude, impatient and unhelpful.

  3. Huge store with a large range of products. Generally great prices with lots of good specials. The staff here are especially customer-service oriented and friendly.

  4. As a whole this company seems so disorganised. My local store never has the products I want and I cannot get them delivered to the store. I don’t have a car so ok, I will order the products online to be delivered – fine, except it is a stab in the dark if I will get the products I ordered. Often a cheaper version of the same brand is thrown is as a replacement. And forget about trying to contact people – the chat service is it and that is next to useless.

  5. Lost my order, little to no assistance from store. No replacement only a refund offered after contacting the store 5 times and the delivery service 4 times. No attempt to replace the specially ordered drinks just stating they were unavailability (no wonder I got it delivered from online). No respect for my time with a delivery driver having to let themselves into my house last night to retrieve someone else’s package he gave me earlier that day. (Pretty sure that’s illegal)
