  They don’t honor the check in system I checked in 20 minutes before arrival. Got the notification I was next go inside the store when I pulled into the parking lot.
  they took 4 people before me because the stylists personally knew them. If the check in system means nothing why have it in the first place? I usually tip 20$ as my job requires me to have a haircut every week. Sad to say not this time.

  I come here all the time and always have a good experience. Jenn G always does a great job and gives a perfect haircut, but I’ve never had a bad haircut from any of the ladies here. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Pinball and pool upstairs, fully stocked bar. Bea was awesome, super chill, AND she suggested a few cool spots to check out in the Soulard area. Rad little spot

  The Union is a groovy place, always recommended. They have a bar on the premises so come early and have a drink. Lots of cool stuff to look at as well. The Union has a laid back groovy feel. Bonnie the barber did my hair this time and she rocked it. Thank you Bonnie! Peace.

  Made an appointment at the wrong place and was sitting for a second which was my fault. The owner Megan noticed me sitting and immediately went out of her way to help me even though I made an appointment somewhere else. All around great atmosphere filled with people who seem genuinely happy to be at work. Oh and most importantly great haircut.

  This was the first time I’ve been to a barber in over 20 years and Peaches really nailed the beard I was wanting! I’ve had a ton of compliments from friends and family and I couldn’t be happier ! It’s a really chill and laid back barbershop too, I highly recommend!

  Mat did an incredible job on my undercut extension. I was feeling indecisive about how high up to go, but he suggested a length and I trusted him with it and thank god I did. I am OBSESSED. It turned out perfect and exactly what I wanted. He paid extremely close attention to every detail of my cut, and made sure to ask me what I preferred at every step. He is very clearly well-trained and has immense knowledge; he threw some terminology around and explained the differences between this cut vs that cut. But since I am not nearly as well-versed in this field as he is, I told him “go for it” and let him do what he wanted. And I couldn’t be happier with his work. Also he is cool af. Great conversationalist 🙂
  Anyone would be lucky to have him as their barber. I happened upon him by pure chance – I was just calling around different salons for availabilities. But I will definitely be going back to him for every cut / touch up from now on. GO SEE HIM!

  Showed up for my 11:00am appointment w/ Alyssa at 10:45am. Sat in the lobby until 11:15am. Alyssa never showed up. Left at 11:15 after speaking to another staff member. Took time out of my work day for no reason. Past experiences here had been good but this was a bad look. Never had a barber just not show up like that before.

  That lady who answered the phone, acted like she knew who I was talking about to see if they were working. Kept saying saying someone else name over and over, I I started talking louder, she started yelling. Get a better phone system. Stop multi tasking and pat attention.
