They have great dentists on their roster, but they are too big for their own business model. I have quite a few dental problems, so I made some appointments and started taking care of it all. I had zero issues with scheduling appointments until you need to reschedule one. My schedule at work changed and I needed to change my “regularly scheduled cleaning” but they didn’t have any available appointments for 3 months. So I waited until they emailed me again, and I made an appointment. When I went to schedule my appointment, there were PLENTY of available dates to choose from. So I chose one. And then again, my work schedule changed, and I attempted to reschedule my appointment. Again, I’m told that there are no available appointments until December 6. They offered to send me to a different location, with a different doctor who has never met me or have any idea about the treatment plan that I laid out with my own dentist. So my question is this: How is a dentist office going to contact me to make an appointment for my semi-annual cleaning, and then tell me that there aren’t any appointments for 3 months? So I decided to cancel my appointment completely and find a new dentist. All of a sudden, they are very apologetic and are willing to squeeze me in on another day of my choosing. Seems like they don’t care about your scheduling needs until it interferes with the money they make. I don’t know. If you want the fast food version of dentistry, where no one knows who you are, and you see a different dentist every time you schedule an appointment, then this is the place for you.

AMAZING! I was thrilled to be greeted by a black dental tech (I think that’s her title) to start. Then the hygienist was so gentle and kind; reminding me to focus on my breath and validating. Followed by the dentist, who was thorough in her explanation and what the treatment plan was. They listened, gave options and didn’t make me feel like I HAD TO get services. I’m excited to go back again!
    Would recommend!!

Swish Dental has always been amazing each time i visit. I am greeted with a smile, actively listened to and all my questions get answered. They got me a great smile! I have Invisalign through Swish and it was such a great choice. Would definitely recommend. Going on 4 years being with Swish.

Wow it was absolutely a very well done process. I made an appointment for the same i day contacted the office. They were able to fit me in . We went over everything about what I was going through and was able to come up with a solution right then there not even an hour later I walked out of the office better than I had come in. This was great for me I can and will recommend this office to anyone who had ask. Everyone was so friendly and introduced themselves by first name. Just awesome!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Swish Dental in the Domain! Every single person is extremely professional and personable. I can say it’s an absolute joy to go to this dental office!

From the receptionists to the billing staff; from the assistants to the hygienists; from the dentists to the orthodontists – I have not had a single bad experience in the year I’ve been going there. And I have never waited more than five minutes for any one of my appointments!

Dr. Abigail is not only a phenomenal dentist, but she is an exceptional orthodontist; I have been blessed to be under her care for the past year.

Not only is their technology in the office for dentistry and orthodontics stellar, but the text messaging reminders and pre-check in make the entire process seamless.

I am so glad I found Swish Dental, and I know you will be too!

Absolutely great experience. I honestly was nervous about going to the dentist for years. The entire experience, from scheduling to diagnosis to cleaning, at Tech Ridge Dental was smooth and they took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Minnie was amazing at explaining what was going on and treatment options.

Ellen was absolutely incredible at cleaning – 11/10 experience! Could not recommend her more. Didn’t feel much discomfort at all and I swear she must have done something different because my previous cleanings were not as easy. Super friendly as well!

Ken was easy to work with on scheduling and payment – very clear and upfront on what to expect.

I can’t say enough kind words regarding Tech Ridge Dental. The location is easy to find and nicely furnished. I was able to fill out my forms online with their customer portal which made check in a breeze. I was even offered water or coffee while in the waiting room to go back which I felt was a very nice touch. The technology they use is very impressive and they explain it all so well. The staff is by far my favorite part. They were all very kind and understanding regarding my fears for being at the dentist. They made a difficult situation so much better just by taking the time to work through everything they planned to do which helped a lot for me. They took my concerns to heart and adjusted our treatment plan to best work around what I was comfortable with. I felt like I was in good hands and will continue to work on my smile knowing I have a great team behind me.

I love Tech Ridge Dental! Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. I feel I am in great care and always trust their judgment when it comes to my oral health. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an honest and hardworking dentist!

From the front desk, to the hygienists and dentists, this office is the absolute best. They do things the right way and everyone at TRD treats you like family. My hygienist, Ellen, will do a wonderful job making sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend this office!

I called Tech Ridge Dental when a crown suddenly came off at 7am one morning. Even though I was not a current patient, they worked hard to get me in immediately and provide exquisite care. They were very considerate of any discomfort I might experiencing and explained what they were doing and why throughout the entire process. They were also transparent about cost from the start and checked for my consent before conducting each additional step. They’ve made a fan out of me for life!

I’ve been mean to my mouth — I’m talking years of neglect due to anxiety around dental care and I’m so glad I found Daylight Dental. On my first visit a few months ago, Dr. Phan addressed all my dental issues without judgment and swiftly made a plan for repair and maintenance. Since then I’ve been back for a cleaning and that was also a painless experience. All of the dental techs I’ve had are SO incredibly nice and patient as well. The office is very clean and welcoming. I feel like I’m in good hands here, highly recommend!

Decent place for cleanings, although they will try to sell you on a “recommended” procedure every time you visit. DO NOT use their teeth whitening service. It was $450 and my teeth didn’t get any lighter. They basically stick a whitening tray in your mouth for 60 minutes and afterward your teeth hurt for weeks. Complete rip-off.

The good reviews are fake. Just click into the google profiles, the profiles leave the same fake good review for another dentistry Hapii dental. The two places are both owned by the same dentist. If you look up who owns these places but the same dentist is not at both places, very sketchy.

Response to commenter: It would be surprising for you to have a patient with only the name M. I have gone to one of your locations and have seen how you tried to scam my family members, the poor job you all did doing a less than 10 minute cleaning and charging insurance for that. Then I come see your reviews and they’re nearly all fake. I am just here to warn others about it, don’t fall for the seemingly good reviews, if you click into the profiles most of them leave almost the exact same good review (the exact same words) for the other dentistry or they are accounts that have only one review. The google accounts are fake and so are the reviews. I would upload picture evidence but you all block those types of reviews so others can’t see them. It’s shameful and appalling that you all reply to the fake good reviews, I’m sure you all “verified” those fake patients are real. Stop taking advantage of people in need, let them see your real rating.

Always a easy experience with Daylight Dental’s crew. Everyone is nice and just seems happy to be there and happy to help. Aracely was super helpful explaining some of my options and setting expectations on next steps. 10/10

I scheduled a cleaning last week and it was a frustrating experience. First, they told me the wrong appointment time on the phone (they said 2pm), but when I called to confirm that they told me it was 1:30pm and they didn’t have the 2pm open. They also told me the cost would be out of pocket bc my insurance wasn’t covering it. Given the mix up in the time, and them letting me know about the out of pocket cost right before the appointment, I was hoping I could reschedule to a time I could afford to pay that (and that was the correct time for my schedule). However, they told me I would have to pay a late cancellation fee that came to almost the same amount as out of pocket cost.. so I figure, okay, guess I’ll move things around in my day and come to this appointment today. I show up and they made me wait for so long that I ended up being seen for the original agreed upon time at 2pm! 😅 this was really frustrating considering I moved a lot of things around in my day to avoid the late cancellation fee. Then when I was seen, there was an even longer wait for the dentist and the dental assistants – for a 1:30 appointment I ended up being seen by the dentist at 2:45. She said I had four cavities when I went to a different doctor 6 months prior and they said I had none – and I haven’t had cavities in more than 5 years. I noticed another reviewer said the same thing happened; wish I had seen that before this appointment.

The dentist also ended up accidentally pulling out a part of my permanent retainer but didn’t say anything – I had to bring it to the hygienist’s attention. I’ve never had that happen to me before at any dentist, but they kept saying it “usually happens” and then it became a whole ordeal where they were saying I might still be charged for their mistake… at the end I had to cancel more of my day’s plans to be able to stay there and have the doctor fix it right then and there. They fortunately did not charge me for that but I was frustrated it was even a consideration. My 1:30 appointment finally finished at 4pm, and they asked me if I could leave a review to waive the cost of the fluoride😅 so now it’s making more sense to me why there were so many high reviews. The front staff was kind, but I have never had this kind of experience going to a dentist before. I definitely won’t be going back.

Really great first experience at Enamel. They have state of the art technology I’ve never had before at my previous dentist. Staff was very nice and attentive. Love the TVs they have mounted on the ceiling so you can watch while being worked on. Also the recommended treatment plan for the issues I was experiencing was also solid. Also got a nice takeaway gift I still need to open. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing experience every time! The dentists and assistants are all super knowledgeable and actually excited to answer questions and explain the problems they’re seeing with your teeth. They also all seem extremely up-to-date on the latest dental technology & techniques.
The staff is also super helpful when explaining payment plans, and they have a phone number that will receive texts, if you’re not a fan of phone calls. They’re also highly responsive to emails (even to the point of emailing when the office is closed, like when I cracked a filling on a holiday weekend).

My teeth still feel clean! I enjoyed myself in the domain area. I felt safe and my teeth are in better shape than when I arrived. I was able to watch tv sitting up and laying down. The Dr gave me a clear path to a beautiful smile that was pretty affordable. I was given 3 options to take and set up for a follow up appointment. Thanks for the customer service and the awesome work! I recommend Enamel for all your dentistry needs. Straight up!!!!!

I’ve been struggling to find a good dentist in Austin, each time it’s been something wrong. Castle Dental had awfully long wait even though I had a appointment, Avenue Dental had painful cleanings, but I think I finally found my dentist! The staff at Enamel Dentistry was amazing. I connected with my dentist on the personal level and that made me feel much more at ease about the upcoming wisdom teeth removal. In addition, I got very clear, honest and thorough description of the procedure we are going to be performing. I really got a feeling that I’m in good hands and the staff will do everything to make sure I’m comfortable and to get the job done smoothly.

Amazing place that makes dental care almost fun if that’s possible. Above and beyond staff as well. A few visits ago I came in and was not in a good place. Despite my terrible attitude and mood they took great care of me and have continued to do so every time since. The dentist takes a genuine interest in your life and health. The staff are all also very informative and caring. I’m grateful to have been told about this dentist office and for the patience and healing care they’ve given me. …. Plus they got Netflix on the ceiling, so that’s cool too

Without a doubt, the best dental office in Austin. I have tried 5 other dentists in recent years in Austin and this is so is far the best. I am giving them a 5 star rating based on their honesty, cleanliness, and quality of service. Sw*sh dental and 12 O*ks both suggested that I needed over 6k in dental work. Austin Dental examined my teeth and determined that there were no urgent issues that needed attention. I am rating them with high quality because their dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist each spent considerable time with me during the exam and cleaning.

This procedure for my root canal was awesome! They made sure I was numb and made sure I didn’t feel anything! Dr O was amazing! I’ve found my new home for my teeth! Mrs Nico the dental assistant was very nice and professional! She was really concerned about my pain I was experiencing! They got me in the same day!

I was so nervous going in because it had been years since I had had dental insurance but left feeling excited and relieved. Reena & Dr. Marino were super nice and helpful, they made me feel comfortable and helped ease any anxieties I had about going to the dentist. Very happy I chose Austin Dental! 🦷🪥

Dr. Caraballo is awesome. I’ve been looking for a great dentist here in Austin for years, and she is it. I feel completely at ease in her presence and trust her expertise. Throughout my appointments, I even find myself laughing with her and the dental assistant. Normally I’m a pretty squirmy patient during a teeth cleaning, but not here. 🙂 I am impressed by Dr. Caraballo and the very friendly, welcoming staff of Austin Dental North. Thank you!
