  Dr. Heidelberg, She is amazing!! Very personable and warming. She made me feel comfortable with discussing the issues I was having and she diagnosed my situations and gave me the proper treatments. The office moves very smoothly and her staff was very friendly. I particularly felt embraced being an African American male and having a doctor who is knowledgeable on how to work with my skin and hair.   Black excellence!! I love it, she came in evaluated me and got right to business. She knew her stuff and educated me a bit in the process. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait but what can you expect from a good doctor who’s in high demand. It wasn’t extremely long maybe just felt that way because I had something to do after but good experience all around. Staff at the front could be a little more friendlier!!

  Heidelberg Dermatology ( Dr. Robert and Dr. Karen) have provided excellent generational treatment to my family for over thirty (30) years. My in-laws concurr with me. Their business integrity is impeccable. They never rush. Each patient is given the necessary allotted time to effectively and efficiently evaluate their particular condition.
  They always follow-up to ensure the prescribed treatment and medication is effective and progressively healing the situation and or condition.

  I love Dr. Karen and Staff. I pray that God will Bless her practice with longevity, prosperity, peace, health, safety, and love!

  My visit with Dr. Heidelberg is always great! She’s a jewel and the staff, in the back of the office with her, are amazing also. I would give 5 stars if the experience with certain front office staff was professional. Today, I called just to verify that my Referral to be seen, was in fact updated (has to be done annually). All I did was ask her name before hanging up. What I got back was a deep inhale, exhale and THEN her first name. To this, I responded OK, I’LL SEE YOU SOON. I could barely get “soon” out of my mouth and I had a phone slammed in my ear. Ridiculous. It’s sad that in order to to get to the good doctor -you have to be mistreated at the front desk. I’m just bothered that her business suffers as a result.

  I’ve been looking to establish myself with a dermatologist for a while now, and I’m so happy that I found the Carter Snell Skin Center! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, willing to answer any of my questions I have. I know that the care of my skin is in good hands here!

  After my recent procedure, the team made sure I had the proper instructions on aftercare and a follow-up appointment scheduled so they could check in on my healing process. I also received a phone call a few days after my appointment notifying me of my test results (they will give you a call regardless of positive or negative results). I love that they give me peace of mind, and I am so happy with how my skin looks and feels.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today with Dr. Carter- Snell. She listened and answered all of my questions & concerns with patience (she had great eye contact the whole time). Her staff was just as engaging and pleasant. It was such a relief to not feel dismissed and unheard. Definitely, my new dermatologist moving forward. And the office is a whole vibe. Loved it!

  The office is absolutely beautiful, you automatically feel welcomed. The front desk staff is amazing she’s very polite and appropriately greets you. The entire staff is actually amazing , very attentive. Dr Carter- Snell is very professional, through and quick in her assessments . She gave a detailed treatment plan and answered all my questions . I highly recommend and as a new patient it was worth the wait

  There’s a reason Dr.Carter-Snell’s ratings are so high. She’s an a wonderful physician. She’s extremely thorough, answers all your questions & genuinely seems to love the work she does. I actually have never come across any doctor that has made me feel that comfortable. I had to wait a few months to establish my self as a patient but it was worth the wait. The office also has a great patient portal that they actually use!! Unlike other healthcare facilities/hospitals that never answer anything on the portal. I’ve been recommending everyone to check this clinic out, it’s worth the wait! I’d love to be able to find a PCP just as good as Dr. Carter-Snell!

  Not recommending.. I don’t leave reviews but.. as I was told to provide suggestions when I call: what about not having as many as patients possible booked for a day so that the doctor can actually have a time to consult a patient for their concerns, rather than having three minute consultation and that patient can actually see the doctor for the time he/she is supposed to see the doctor. I wasted so much time waiting in line even if I get to the office on time. Then I only talk to the doctor 3 minutes. Doesn’t feel like I was treated well as a patient for how much he charges.

  The office was full of patients. The administrative team processed the paperwork quickly and the wait to see the Doctor was very short. The Doctor was personable and provided an understandable diagnosis and follow up plan. Would highly recommend this office.

  The doctor himself is fairly nice but he rushes through this patients every single visit. The office itself is terrible. Every time I’m here it is crowded with patients who are waiting a minimum of 30 minutes to be seen. They need to stop booking multiple patients at the same time slot. They don’t care about customer service or the treatment of the patients. It’s about as many patients as they can see, with no regard for people’s time. There’s at least 12 people in the waiting room and multiple people out in the hall waiting every single time. Terrible.

  Every single time I come to his office it is extremly crowded. The office is really small and seats about 12 people. Patients are lined up in the hallway waiting to be seen. He is not the best Dermatologist that Ive seen. But I have to go where my insurance will cover me. And yes he does rush through his procedures. The staff is nice but they can do a lot better on over booking patients. I will be looking for another Dermatologist..

  Had my first vist today and my experience was very good , Dr Moiin is a very good Dr , he was a very friendly Dr also , he explained what my medical issue was and treated accordingly. The only thing is , expect that the office only seats about 12-15 people and you can expect a longer wait than usual because he has plenty of patients that’s scheduled but he’s also working on that too , but once you’re called you’re in and out because he knows what he’s doing and doesn’t waste time.

  “15 minutes late, appointment will be rescheduled” is posted on the doors as their policy. But you, the patient, will be sitting in the waiting room more than 30 minutes before you are called to the back. And probably another 30 minutes (or more) before you are seen for a 10 minute visit with the doctor.

  Just as you all are on a schedule and time constraints, we as the patients are as well.

  I love Dr. Heidelberg, and a couple of the staff (actually one), but, sitting and waiting needs to end! Our time is just as vital as yours!

  I give this establishment service one star. The other two is for my experience with Dr. Heidelberg herself and the one staff that is a sweetheart!

  Dr. Heidelberg is very knowledgeable. It’s because of Dr. K that I come. She’s friendly and personable too. It’s just waiting to see her that bugs me. The average wait time is typically one to two hours. Not cool! Maybe two or three times, the wait time was under an hour, but I’ve been going to Dr. K for about two years. Yes, I’ve let them know that they take too long. Unfortunately, no response was given. They really need to shorten the wait time or I may be looking for a new dermatologist. I’m just saying…

  doesn’t care about his patients. Horrible communication when I finally got a call back after weeks he wouldn’t let me talk. He changed my meds and days I need to go get blood work done but never let me know. I usually don’t do reviews but I was left in tears after this and switched doctors while on the phone with him.

  Dr. Lim is a wonderful doctor! He’s very knowledgeable about not just Dermatology but Dermatological Sarcoidosis which I have. Mines is very very rare because it involves my fingers(nails)(all) and I’ve been under his care for almost a year now. Even though my fingernails may never grow again, he gives me hope and always makes me smile at every visit
