  This office has their ducks in a row and runs very smoothly. They are very efficient and also very thorough. Dr Cox is amazing, she has helped my daughter improve her vision through patching and correction in one eye from 20/100 to 20/25 and continues to maintain her progress.   I arrived 30mins early with my mother whom had a 2:40 post-op appointment. This is the condition the ONLY waiting area bathroom was in upon our arrival. I reported it to the receptionist telling her the bathroom needed serious attention. I observed her for 10 mins, she never called anyone to attend to the bathroom. Unfortunately, my elderly mother had to use this bathroom . I understand places are busy/short handed but, This is completely unacceptable… especially in a medical facility.

  My teen has been a patient, here, since being a toddler; from eye care to eye surgery, there isn’t anywhere else I’d take her. Impeccable customer service and treatment, every interaction with doctors and staff is caring and patient, they keep you posted each step of the way, have reasonable wait times, are flexible for emergency needs, and the facility is, also, consistently pristine and relaxed.   My first visit to Wilmington Eye went extremely well. I did not wait much at all. The reception and wait areas are very comfortable! Check in and out took a minute! Most of all my pre-check before seeing the Dr. Was thorough and Dr. Cox is wonderful! She explained everything she did in the exam and thoroughly answered every concern I had.

  All of your staff was great! From the awesome customer service at the front desk day of surgery. She was excellent!
  The medical staff once taken back, for being 6:00am they were ALL very capable and proficient at putting you at ease and making you feel more comfortable! I’m glad they could deal with my dry humor! Can’t trick any of these guys up! This is definitely the team you want approaching you at 6am when they are having the doctor cut your eye! Very pleased! You all were great! So glad I can see again with both eyes!

  Before I met with Dr. Watson, I met with several of her associates who checked my vision in multiple ways. All that I met, from the receptionist going in to the receptionist going out, were courteous, pleasant, patient, and professional. Dr. Watson was excellent establishing immediate rapport.   Had my consultation with Dr. I took a very good friend with me so in case I I didn’t understand things we both could ask questions. The doctor explained in detail everything that is going to take place in surgery and when I return home. He took his time with me and not rushing like some doctors.   Dr. Escaravage was so professional and understanding. I appreciated that he didn’t make me feel like he was there, to just to get to the next patient.
  He was very invested in me and had questions and resolutions for any concerns I had. So many Doctors these days make you feel like they are there to make a quick dollar. He took the time to help me understand my eye issues and recommended different resolutions.
  His staff were just as helpful and professional! They helped me with my insurance and treated me like I had been a patient for many years. I felt like a friend to the staff even though it was my first visit.
