  The care I receive at Wolfe Eye Clinic is phenomenal. I enjoy the fact that the nurses and doctors treat me well and have taken the opportunity to get to know me and make me feel comfortable.

  However, on the administrative side, staff have been rude. Additionally, I have received letters in the mail several times informing me they’ve had to change my appointment with no other form of communication. What happens when that letter gets lost in the mail? Or the new time doesn’t work for me? It probably takes more effort to type up a letter, print it off, put it in an envelope and mail it to me, than it does to call me. I’d appreciate it if they could do better.

Dr. Berger is extremely knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time with me explaining my options. Best eye exam and contacts fitting I have ever had.   Dr. Todd is phenomenal! He truly cares about each of his patients. He listens carefully and is very knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond to find contacts that are a good fit for me. All the staff at Cedar Rapids Eye Care are so nice and helpful. They are honest and caring. They use the latest technology making your visit efficient and painless. In fact, I love this office so much I still schedule appointments here when I am in town visiting even though I live in Virginia!

  My annual eye exam took place yesterday. The atmosphere there was, as always, extremely friendly. Dr. Todd is a wonderful provider, and every person who interacted with me was very caring and friendly. Everyone at the office listens to what the patient needs.   I am a new patient to this office, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism and excellent customer service. All procedures were thoroughly explained. Dr. Berger explained my eye images in a way that I could easily understand, I have not had this with previous doctors. Dr. Berger and his staff provided excellent recommendations on eyeglasses and contacts. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

  Love the people at this place. I have bought glasses here twice in the last year and a half. During that period I purchased one pair from a much more expensive place in town. I actually prefer these progressives over the ones I tried, unsuccessfully, at the more expensive place. Because of a long ago eye injury, I go to the other place for the eye exams as they have an Ophthalmologist. (I hear they have a course that focuses on how to spell their title. Ophthalmologist. Wow. I had to look that one up.)

  I have attached a picture of me wearing my new glasses. It’s a bit of a close-up, but I wanted to show lots of detail so you can see how good looking I am. My stunning looks are clearly because of my new glasses.

  I love All About Eyes! I had a ho-hum experience looking for glasses at another store and was so pleasantly surprised when I walked into All About Eyes and Tyler greeted me with a smile and helped me find great glasses! I was able to look on my own, but was also given great options from Tyler. In the end, all of his suggestions were spot on and I now have 3 pairs of awesome glasses! The price for the glasses were great- and additional glasses were amazingly priced. Because of the great value, I was able to get polarized sunglasses and transition lenses in the others! I have never felt better taken care of- ask for Tyler- he is a joy to work with and has great taste in what looks best on you. My husband bought 5 pairs!!

  My experience at All About Eyes was the best experience at any eye care facility I have ever had. I called and was about to get an appointment in the same day. The process was so quick and well explained. Dr Newman was great! But I have to say my experience with Brianne was by far the best part. She was so friendly and helpful. We talked and she helped me find the perfect glasses for my face. She even looked up my insurance information that I didn’t have. I will only be dealing with All About Eyes for my entire family from this point forward.

  My husband had an exam and got contacts from the Cedar Rapids location and had a great experience with Tyler. I had my exam (didn’t buy glasses) elsewhere before my husband’s great experience, so opted to purchase my glasses from All About Eyes. I had Eric help me and he was awesome! He was great about making sure I was comfortable when I was looking at all the options. Definitely will return and highly recommend them!!

  I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted right away by Brianna. She was very cheerful and upbeat. She had my paperwork ready for me to fill out. When I finished my paperwork she had Tyler show me around to find glasses. Let me tell you these 2 are so fun and helpful. They treated you like a friend and not a customer. They were so helpful. The doctor was very thorough and helpful too. Tyler helped me finish up and we chatted the whole time. Best eyewear experience ever. Thanks for helping me find the perfect for me glasses.

  It’s been a year since my cataract surgery with Dr. Benjamin Mason, and I have since moved from the area to Arkansas and recently had a check up here in Arkansas (for the year after my surgery). The doctor here was so impressed with the work Dr. Mason had done that he called it “perfect, beautiful work.” The surgery had gone so well and I had never had any issues since then, so I was not surprised by the comment but great to hear from another doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Mason.

  I loved taking my son here. The doctor we worked with was so kind and was able to talk with me about my concerns at a level that I could understand. Decisions were made as a team and not being forced on me. It felt like she really cared about my son’s needs. This was a relief compared to his regular doctor that struggles to communicate what is happening.

  I just had LASIK eye surgery last week at Wolfe Eye Clinic and I am very happy I went with them. Dr. Mason is amazing and his staff were all kind and caring. They talked me through the whole process and explained everything so well. While in the operating room, I asked one of the nurses to hold my hand and she did, which really meant a lot to me in that moment as I was a bit more nervous than I thought I would be. They made me feel comfortable and I felt like I was in the best hands. Dr. Mason even called me that evening to check up on me. I would highly recommend Wolfe Eye Clinic to anyone who is looking into getting LASIK eye surgery. They are truly the best at what they do!

  I am incredibly unhappy with my experience through America’s Best. When running my insurance I was told I would have a $10 co-pay. During check out they charged me an additional $39 and said it was a “contact lens fit co-pay.” I verified with my insurance I shouldn’t have had to pay such a charge and they told me it is an out of pocket expense that insurance doesn’t cover, which wasn’t disclosed or I would not have done a contact lens “fitting.”

  I was also given the wrong script for one eye and was told they could get me in later in the week, no regard to my ability to see until then! I also was not given a case or anything to keep my trials in, so I had to purchase one out of pocket after already paying fees on top of that. They told me my insurance only covers either contacts or glasses, and that it makes more sense to buy contacts instead of glasses with my insurance. Glasses are $130+ and contacts are only $25 a box. They were quite literally trying to get me to use my insurance coverage to benefit their pocket and charge me more! Absolutely will not be back.

  Great experience all around. I needed to get glasses for work. Easy setting an appointment and the whole prices of eye exam and selecting glasses took less time than an hour. Glasses were done in a week. I went to pick them up and Asst Mgr Mandy upon finding out they were for computer work informed me they hat I had not been told about special lenses they have. She offered to take one of the pairs I purchased and switch them o er free of charge. Great customer service by Mandy and was really appreciated.

  I am so pleased with my experience at this location. Dr. Hansel was so nice and straight forward and quick in getting me into contacts. Mandi was the person who assisted me in getting them in & out and did a class with and she was absolutely GREAT! She was so patient but made sure I had help every step of the way. I am so happy and excited to take my glasses off for the first time since 4th grade and be able to have the freedom of contacts! Thank you all at this location for changing my life!

  I have had the absolute worst experience with Americas best in Cedar Rapids, they have messed up my order of contacts ,timing ,pricing ,mailing,, everything was messed up!!!! I will never use them again and Urge you to rethink your decision!!
