  This was my first visit to this facility and I have to say that everyone there was very friendly, professional and welcoming. Since it was my first time, they needed to call Eye med to confirm what type of coverage I had which ended up being quite a lengthy process. However, the girl (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) who helped me was very persistent and diligent in her effort to help me and didn’t just hand me my card back. While assisting other clients at the same time, she continued helping me and remained on the phone until she got me an answer. Dr. Silva was also very professional, knowledgeable and honest when giving me his opinion on what he felt were the best choices to make regarding my contact lens selection. Being a business owner, I thoroughly understand the importance of quality customer service, yet, unfortunately, it seems there are very few places that provide this type of high level service anymore.   I set up my appointment online and was promptly called , confirmed my appointment and even allowed me to arrive earlier. I was greeted by the front crew, the pre eye exam was swift and the Dr was amazing taking her time to explain what they found, gave me recommendations based on my daily work and activities. I will always come back year after year.

  My boyfriend and I came here today to the Holyoke Mall location. I was able to get my entire glasses done with lenses for $99 in an hour with a protection plan that allows them to be replaced at any time for $25 unless they’re stolen. His are more complex So his word progressive lenses came to $200 with a protection plan meaning they’ll replace them completely as long as they weren’t stolen for $25 at any point in time and they’ll be ready in 7 days we both got Armani for a brand I got lightweight metal and plastic ones as well as he did they’re very comfortable and stylish! They were very helpful, fast and knowledgeable! As well as the guy who does the fittings loved to explain how the process works now that it’s gone digital because I am quite curious about all things so that definitely gave them a better appeal to as far as I was concerned! As well as the young lady that helped us set up the purchase was very knowledgeable and helpful with prices, ordering and scheduling his pick up time!!

  I can not say enough good about Monica. She was great to work with. She was helpful and personable. I couldn’t find the frames that I had tried on a week prior and she was happy to find them in the drawer under the display. I bought two frames (that were both in stock)?and they were ready in an hour. The first pair I tried on made everything look funny. Monica adjusted the lenses and explained why that would happen. This was all around such a great experience.

  I had come in for some sunglasses and was approached by Megan. She asked if I was looking for prescription or regular glasses and after speaking and telling her about my eyes and health issues, she requested me to see one of her eye doctors due to crossing the line of being a diabetic. She explained and gave me a lot on info and I felt comfortable enough to get my appointment scheduled to get my eyes checked. I will be seeing her soon for my new glasses. She is very pleasant to deal

Mr Piotr (454519) went out of his way to ensure we got the best service while we were in store. He provided great service from beginning to end.   I was super nervous to get this operation done. I was assured that there was risk but that I would be okay — better in fact. That if everything went well, I’d be able to see even better than with my glasses or contact lenses. That was in fact true. I am still in recovery and I see glare at night with lights but it is getting better everyday, and something I was told would happen in recovery. I see better everyday, and even the day of the operation I was seeing; the next day I was seeing 20/20. I still cannot believe this. Best money spent and I can’t recommend it enough — along with the support I received before DURING and afterwards. Thank you so much for changing my life.

  Eye exam was was fine, Dr was great, but replacement lens cost was very high. Took my prescription to a local optician and paid 2/3 less for my lenses than what I was quoted at Vonnahame.

  I was recommended here for pediatric eye care for my two year old and gave it a shot after hearing horror stories about a different practice in my area. My son has a language disorder (MERLD) and although it’s not a diagnosis heard of often I briefly explained and every person that helped us was patient and considerate. We found out that my son has astigmatism and Dr. Hulesberg was phenomenal!

  “It was one of the most amazing experiences ever,” is how I describe my recent cataract surgery at Eyesight and Surgery Associates. Everyone treated me as if I were an old friend or family member! The medical staff was exceptional in every way: the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and especially, Dr. Jusko.

  From the beginning of surgery prep, during surgery, and all the way through today (3 weeks later), I experienced no pain or discomfort.

  As I describe my procedure to everyone, “It’s a miracle how Dr. Jusko performed the surgery in such a stress-free and painless manner.” And, most importantly, my eyesight is now excellent!

  I went there to fill out an application for student loan forgiveness. The doctor that saw me lacked the competency to fill the document so took the liberty to share the document and my name with a non healthcare agency. Caught me by surprise when the MCB contacted me. I need to find out if HIPAA laws were violated. I will ask my primary physician. However, the lady that took care of me at the beginning was fantastic. ( the technician or the assistant that scans your eyes.)

  The provider Dr. Arsenio is amazing along with all the other MA staff, very kind and friendly. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the front staff. The women with red hair was so rude to the people checking in in front of me. The women in the middle seemed nice but had her cell phone hanging out of her shirt by her bra strap, completely inappropriate especially for someone who works face to face with patients and represents the office. The last women that works the front window and check out was talking down to patients. As someone who works in the medical field and assists with front staff training I was not impressed.
