4 weeks agoThree times in a row I have waited more than fifteen minutes at this location. You will often see the manager, an older woman, standing around and refusing to help. When I check out, they have always been courteous, but have a little concern when I mentioned the long wait. This place is in desperate need of a manager who can properly staff the store. Consider the latest line in the photo. I advise going elsewhere unless you’re happy to waste time in line.a month agoRoss is a fun place to just wander around. So many amazing deals. One of the best places to buy Holiday items throughout the year. The CHRISTMAS selection is always great. It is often ” if you want it buy it then if you can. It most likely won’t be there if you come back for it.Lots of pet stuff to which the dogs have all been thankful for. Cute clothes for both pets and humans. I have purchased so many things from this location over the years!
I Can not say that I love the fact that both the return and purchase are the same line like it is at TJMAXX and Home Goods. However they do move fairly fast. I can see how there could have been issues in the past. The cashier was nice.
3 months agoIt’s a Ross but they are fully stocked. They even have some super unique furniture. Food stuffs were picked through but fun. And health and beauty was extensive. I like this Ross better than mosta year agoThis store is one of the cleaner Ross’s we have been too. Did not look like a tornado had blown through. The shoe department was a mess though and the sizes were mixed and matched.5 years agoWorst Ross I have ever been to. An employee was blocking the way and my mother said excuse me nicely 3 times. The worker was to busy taking to another employee and when she finally made way I saw the dirty look she gave my mom. I looked back and said, you don’t have to be so rude. She talked back to me. Later as I walked though the store I looked over to my boyfriend and said I wanted to find a manager. She heard me and talked back to me again and stated that she didn’t really care. Later on at the check out the cashier didn’t even bother to greet us or acknowledge us. She was to busy talking to another employee about how she stalked a guy on Facebook. Other than the fact that the employees are rude and extremely unprofessional, the place is a total mess. We spoke to the manager Debbie but she didn’t look to concerned. I find that funny because as soon as i was done complaining about the employee, another women and her husband made a complaint about the same worker.

a month agoGreeted kindly by security at the front door. Selection was good. Slightly long wait at checkout, possibly peek hours but only 2 cashiers at any Ross isn’t ideal.2 months agoDirty, unorganized, and NEVER stocked. They pushed the isle together. I can’t understand why people shop there. It’s always a miss. The best one is near Cactus, and the other amazing one is in Lake Pleasant. Leave this one to the plebians. Uggha year agoI love to shop at Ross ! I always find something to buy for an affordable price. I was super excited to check out there Halloween decorations. I found so many new additions to my goth theme in my room.3 years agoRoss always has something new and now the shelves are pretty decency full considering. But before and I’m hoping after it’s worth checking in every day or 2. But right now ever 2 to 3 daysa month agoIt was supper messy. However, the lost prevention guard at the door looked like he was happy to be there! Greeted very nicely.

This is by far the worst Ross I have ever been to! I get it it’s not a high end store and there’s certain expectations that you have walking into this store. Never thought that the entire store would be a safety hazard!!! I had a visually impaired adult with me and I had to LITERALLY move hangers, clothes, toys etc out of the way from the GROUND to avoid a fall accident. When we were checking out I asked the cashier if this is how the store normally looks like and she laughed and said “yes”. This is unacceptable! It shouldn’t be a laughing matter or seem like it’s normal to an employee to completely dismiss it as it was ok. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. Spoke with her and she said there’s a cleaning crew that comes in the mornings to clean. I expressed my concern was the items on the floor and she said they’re picked up throughout the day. Looking at how messy the store was it’s obvious no one is cleaning to store during business hours. Something needs to be done about this! If you have a visually impaired relative or someone that requires assistance with walking stay away from this store!
You can’t even walk down some of the aisles, it’s a mess! (I applied for a job at this location and without an interview I was turned down. I thought maybe they have enough help this year Or maybe it’s because I’m disabled) 🤣 y’all messed up because this would not be a thing, in almost every aisle, if I worked there. It’s unacceptable, no reason for this if you have plenty of help. I don’t really care about not working there but when I see this in almost every aisle, I have to ask myself, was I just too good to work here? Your loss for sure cuz that store is wrecked. I gave an extra star cuz y’all are at least nice.
I never give 1 stars but I have to with this place. The aisles are way too tiny. You can barely fit one cart and in some aisles I actually had to move the rack of clothes just to fit my cart. The organization is atrocious, pants and shirts in the dress section, pants in the swimsuit section. Clothes are strewn everywhere on the floor. It was not a pleasant shopping experience
Those Ross is always clean and organized. You can find items in the department that they are supposed to be in. I drive all the way from the east to go here. They just need a restroom for customers l
This Ross is always a mess. Clothes and everything on the floor. And the line is always down the aisles long. They do have some neat stuff, but it’s very unorganized. We left without purchasing anything. They had 1 full-time cashier and 1 on and off the register while people were waiting in line without any backup. There poor girls were swamped, and where was the manager who could be jumping in to help them out.
